1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Kissa, you agree to these terms, Kissa’s Privacy Policy, and the applicable App Store rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Kissa provides
Kissa is a productivity tool for iPhone and iPad offering Pomodoro, Count Up, tasks, ambient sounds, guided breaks, rewards, customization, and—depending on your access level—planning and progress views. Kissa does not block other apps, synchronize between devices, or automatically start scheduled sessions.
3. Not medical care
Kissa is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any other condition. Its timed focus blocks, structured breaks, and gentle reminders do not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Free and Pro access
The download and Free features described on this website are available without payment. Pro expands timer settings, planning, Statistics, sounds, presets, check-ins, and customization. Some Pro items also require coffee cups earned by completing sessions. Features may change to fix errors, improve the service, or reflect new versions.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Lifetime
A one-time purchase that grants eligible Pro access for the Apple ID used, subject to App Store rules.
Annual
An annual subscription with a 14-day introductory trial for eligible users. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Apple will begin charging the displayed price.
Quarterly
A three-month subscription without an introductory trial.
Annual and Quarterly renew automatically unless cancelled under Apple’s terms. Prices, taxes, currency, eligibility, and the duration of any trial are shown in the App Store for your region and may change.
6. Management, cancellation, and refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancellation prevents future renewals but normally keeps access active until the end of the paid period. Apple processes charges and refund requests under its policies; Kissa cannot modify charges or issue refunds directly.
7. Restore and redeem
Restore Purchases restores eligible purchases associated with the same Apple ID. Redeem App Store Code uses Apple’s official redemption flow. Family Sharing is not enabled in Kissa 1.0.
8. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable licence to use Kissa on devices you control while you comply with these terms. The name, code, interface, illustrations, animations, text, sounds, and other content belong to the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
9. Permitted use
You may not use Kissa for unlawful purposes; bypass payments or access controls; interfere with its operation; reverse engineer it except where the law permits; extract, redistribute, or sell its assets; or use the app to harm other people or systems.
10. Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not required to provide maintenance or support for Kissa. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce the App Store terms that apply to downloading and using the app. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store conditions, those conditions prevail to the required extent.
11. Availability and liability
Kissa is provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular need. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Suspension
We may limit or suspend access if you breach these terms, attempt to abuse the app, or if doing so is necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance. This does not affect rights the law grants you regarding completed purchases.
13. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms when Kissa, its providers, or applicable requirements change. We will publish the current version and effective date on this page.
